Ex TemporeOn the occasion of Children's Week in Vodnjan, pre-school children attending the Children's Center "Morning Flower" had a chance to participate in the painting competition "Ex Tempore" together with the children from other kindergartens and schools in Vodnjan area: DV - SI Peter Pan (Vodnjan, Galižana and Barban), DV Tinker Bell, PS-SE Vodnjan-Dignano Primary School -SE G. Martinuzzi - Branch School Galižana, Fažana elementary school - branch school Barban. The competition took place on 5 October 2015, and was organized by the Open University Vodnjan. The topic of Ex Tempore was "The windows and doors of my town." The choice of technique was free, and children created their works on the streets and in the unexplored corners of Vodnjan.

Samanj u DbigraduThe first full day International Fair in Moncastello took place last Saturday (28 May 2016) in Dvigrad, several centuries after walls collapsed, as an announcement of sorts for a number of these fairs throughout the tourist season.

Associations from Pula, Rijeka and Slovenian Ribnica participated in this fair, and presented the medieval way of life while reviving the old crafts.

HandMade sajamThe members of Merlin Association participated in the exhibition and sales event in Pula with their creative works: jewelry from recycled materials, textures and images. The atmosphere at the fair is recorded at website.

Zdravstvena edukacijaOn 29 November 2013, health education workshop took place. Dr. Olga Angelovska gave a lecture on women's health with a focus on the reproductive health of women. The workshop was designed in the form of short presentations by the doctor, after which she provided advice while answering the questions of attendees on specific issues on the maintenance of pregnancy and hygiene and nutrition of infants.

Merlin Association, in cooperation with the City of Pula and as a part of the Creative Workshops project, is organizing an exhibition and sales event at Nimfej location (the square by the Amphitheater) for the 8th time. We invite NGOs from Pula to apply for the event and submit works of their members until 15th May 2013. NGOs interested in exhibiting at the exhibition-sales event that lasts for 4 months can participate with the original handicrafts inspired by the cultural-historical heritage from the ancient history of Pula and Istria. Souvenirs can be made from natural materials (clay, pottery, casts in plaster, painted bags and bottles, printed t-shirts, painted cards, boxes and decorative items, wood and stone, jewelry, masks, magnets, weaving...).
