Merlin Association, in cooperation with the City of Pula and as a part of the Creative Workshops project, is organizing an exhibition and sales event at Nimfej location (the square by the Amphitheater) for the 8th time. We invite NGOs from Pula to apply for the event and submit works of their members until 15th May 2013. NGOs interested in exhibiting at the exhibition-sales event that lasts for 4 months can participate with the original handicrafts inspired by the cultural-historical heritage from the ancient history of Pula and Istria. Souvenirs can be made from natural materials (clay, pottery, casts in plaster, painted bags and bottles, printed t-shirts, painted cards, boxes and decorative items, wood and stone, jewelry, masks, magnets, weaving...).
The aim of this manifestation, apart from offering the souvenirs that are different from the other souvenirs in the City of Pula because of the original interpretation of cultural and historical heritage and because they are created and produced in local workshops, is to use the the funds from the sale as contribution to the development of social entrepreneurship and sustainability of NGOs. In order to apply for the event, please fill out the application form and submit the samples of your work to the office of Merlin Association in Rojc building, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost of the organization of sale will be divided among the participants according to the realized sales of handicrafts.
