In January, we started the creative Sewing Course for Beginners in Pula, and in February at the Public College in Porec. As of the 15th February we are starting our new one-year project ARTEXTIL DESIGN: a working / occupational sewing and weaving workshop for the wards of the Home for the elderly Villa Maria and the Center for Rehabilitation Pula which will take place on Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m. in Rojc building. Regular sewing workshops for adult beginners and the advanced adult sewing workshop will take place on Thursday afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Room 7 in Rojc building during March 2017.
Through the project of Medieval Events we launched two creative workshops for children in cooperation with the primary schools, which are taking place inn Veprinac on Mondays and Kanfanar on Fridays, and will last until the end of May. In April, a sewing course will be held in Tosin auburb of Opatija. In May, we will run our traditional workshop for modelling in clay called Rimski osmjesi in Rojc building. This workshop is inspired by the cultural historical heritage from the antiquity period, and will last until the end of September.
We started our participation in various manifestations with the presentation of weaving on the upright weaving loom at the manifestation remembering Peasants' Revolt in Stubica. and we will continue with the Frankopan Day on Trsat, Medieval Fair Markov on Veprinac and then Dvigrad, Sisak, Klis, Šišan, Ribnica, Zelina, Koprivnica.
In June, we will exhibit our original souvenirs made from natural materials on the Day of Antiquity and at the manifestation the Original Splendour of Arena in Pula, and at the location in front of the amphitheater throughout the summer.
