Workshop "How to balance school commitments and family obligations"

On 16th October 16 2014 at the premises of the Children's Centre in Vodnjan a workshop on school commitments and family obligations was prepared and led by the teacher mentor Mrs. Miriana Ferjančić. The workshop was attended by the boys and girls attending the fifth to eighth grade, who attend the Help in Learning program provided by Merlin Association. The aim of the workshop was to identify the priorities in fulfilling the obligations set by the school (school program) and the obligations in the family. The conclusion of the workshop is that it is important to everyone to successfully complete the school year and education in general, and that it is necessary to secure quality time for learning along with the help with housework and helping mothers take care of younger children.
